JHS Graduates: Just a reminder, Transcripts and Diplomas are ready beginning today June 1. HS office is open 8 to 3 and closed for lunch 12 to 1 today. We will not be able to release diploma or transcript until all coursework is completed if you have classes to complete and all holds are cleared.

Remember for the 2021-2022 school year all Virtual Academy Students must be residents of the Jones School Districts. JHS students that are going to be juniors and/or seniors in the 2021-2022 school year. If you are planning to enroll in EOC courses for the 2021-2022 school year and you have not finalized your enrollment through their summer up program, you need to do this as soon as possible. You can schedule a time by calling 405-390-9591 and speak with student services.

1) Arrive @ school by 8:15am for donuts & juice 2) Bring cap & gown for JES and JMS walkthroughs! We will get on the busses at 9:00 a.m. 3) Approximately 9:45 a.m. - Return to the high school, begin graduation set up and practice in the gymnasium 4)12:00 p.m. – Senior Luncheon: Eat at the First Baptist Church 5)1:00 p.m. - Practice until we get it right! 6)6:30 p.m. – Meet in English classrooms upstairs in high school.

There is a limited amount of extra 2021 yearbooks available for purchase. If you would like to buy one, you may stop by the high school to purchase from Erin Gerry or Dawn Rowlen in the library. The elementary also has a few extra copies they can sell on site. Cost is $55. Payment can me made with cash or a check made out to JHS.

Congratulations to JHS Senior, Michael Chapple! Michael has been awarded the Minister & Minister's Wife Scholarship from The Greater New Zion Baptist Church in the amount of $500. Baylor will match this scholarship so he has earned another $1000 for his education at Baylor!
