JHS Students and Parents: We have scheduled Chad Cargill to come in and do his ACT Prep workshop at Jones High School on February 1. IF you would like to participate in this workshop, sign up in counselors office.

JHS Students and Parents: With all these colleges going test optional for admissions, I feel it is important to clear up some of the confusion surrounding this process. While most colleges are moving away from ACT/SAT for admissions decisions, there has been no changes made to their processes for scholarship selection. Scholarship decisions are still heavily based on test scores. My advice until the colleges change the selection criteria for scholarships, it is important to continue taking ACT/SAT and working to raise score to the highest possible score you can get. If you have any questions, see MR. Moses
