Pivot "A Turning Point for Youth" is now accepting applications for its 2019-2020 Teen Youth Board. This Board is open to students in 9-12th grade. At Pivot, our Teen Services Board members give back to the community through engaging projects benefiting the mission of Pivot while also learning about community partnerships and engagement. The board members are provided an opportunity to help youth in need while developing leadership skills and deepening cultural competence. Pivot will be accepting application from March 25 to May 17, 2019. See Mr. Moses for application.

JHS Juniors: Just a reminder you will begin State Testing on Tuesday. All Juniors will take ACT on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Mr. Moses will be in your English class on Monday to give you instructions on how to link this State ACT to you’d personal ACT student account. This linking process will allow you to send this ACT score to up to four colleges for free.

JHS SENIORS: The Eastern Oklahoma County Rotary Club is awarding a $500 scholarship to a Jones Senior. Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher and ACT of 19 or higher. Deadline is April 15. See Mr. Moses for Application. The Eastern Oklahoma County Rotary will have an informational booth set up at lunch on Monday, April 1 to talk about and answer any questions on this scholarship.
