The purpose of the Gary M. Moore, M.D., Great Plan Scholarship Fund with the Oklahoma City Community Foundation is to facilitate outstanding high school seniors in need of financial assistance so that they may experience the educational opportunities offered by the Oklahoma City University College of Arts and Sciences.
Eligibility:
Graduating senior in the upper 10% of his or her graduating class from an accredited Oklahoma high school

A non-smoker
Plans to pursue a major within the Oklahoma City University College of Arts and Sciences
Demonstrate leadership and altruistic activities
The Gary Moore Great Plan scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years and can only be used at Oklahoma City University in the College of Arts and Sciences. Recipients must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Funds may be used for tuition, fees and book expenses. Payments are made directly to the school. Recipients of the Dr. Gary Moore Great Plan Scholarship are not eligible to receive any other scholarships awards from the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.

THE High School Leadership Conference applications are now open.
HSLC is a three-day adventure into leadership exclusively for high school juniors from across the United States.
The purpose of HSLC is to equip, empower, and inspire high school students with valuable leadership skills that will benefit them in their daily lives and help them impact their schools. Students will leave the conference embodying characteristics that will help them become productive, efficient leaders.

Western Oklahoma Building Trades Scholarship
Eligibility:
1. Applicants must be one of the following (1) graduating Oklahoma high school senior that is presently concurrently enrolled at any accredited, not-for-profit, vocational technical, or two or four year institution, OR (2) students continuing academic study after high school with one year of completed college (age 23 or younger), OR (3) a non-traditional student must be 20 years of age or older.
2. A birth child or legally adopted child who is a tax dependent and currently eligible to be on a union member’s insurance.
3. A child is defined as a birth child or legally adopted child who is a tax dependent and currently eligible to be on a union member's insurance. A dependent who is eligible at the age of 23 remains eligible to apply if they are continuously enrolled in college.
Award $1,500. Previous applicants may reapply.
Deadline: April 1st, 2020
Funds may be used for educational-related expenses such as tuition, fees and books at any academically accredited two-year, four-year or vocational technical nonprofit institution in the United States. Payments are made directly to the school.
The Western Oklahoma Building Trades Scholarship Fund was established following the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building to provide scholarships for union members, their spouses or their dependents.

The OSSAA appreciates the sacrifices of all veterans, and hopes you will take advantage of this opportunity. Simply show your Military ID card, or driver’s license that shows your military status at the gate next Friday, and you and a guest will be omitted free of charge.
