
Point Foundation Scholarship Fund
The Point Foundation empowers members of the LGBTQ+ community to achieve their full academic and leadership potential. Despite the obstacles that are put before them, students can make a significant impact on society and the Point Foundation wants to ensure that they have every opportunity to do so. Finalists will be asked to attend in-person interviews in Los Angeles. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must have a proven track record of leadership and community involvement, strong academic achievement and demonstrated financial need.

Oklahoma Society of CPAs Education Foundation Scholarship
The Oklahoma Society of CPAS is offering scholarships to support current students who are enrolled in a four or five-year accounting program. Students must be enrolled in an Oklahoma college or university to be eligible. Other requirements include being a current OSCPA Student Member and having successfully completed at least six hours of principles of accounting.

National Ag Day Essay Contest
The Agriculture Council of America is sponsoring the 2020 Ag Day Essay Contest. The objective is to celebrate agriculture and to help consumers better understand farmers and produce companies. Applicants can submit either a written essay or a video essay on the topic: “Food Brings Everyone to the Table.” Some trends that students can discuss in their essay include but are not limited to:
• Increased global population
• Increase of high plant-based protein diets
• Shortfall of agriculture students

C-SPAN StudentCam Documentary Competition
StudentCam is C-SPAN’s annual video documentary competition that encourages students to think critically about issues that affect our communities and our nation. Students are asked to create a 5-6 minute video documentary on a topic related to the competition theme: “What’s your vision in 2020? Explore the issue you most want presidential candidates to address during the campaign.” Students must be in grades 6-12 to be eligible. Teacher advisors are also eligible to receive cash prizes.

Sacks for CF Scholarship
The Boomer Esiason Foundation seeks to fight cystic fibrosis and hopes to provide financial assistants to students who have the condition. For every sack recorded during NFL Monday Night Football games, the Sacks for CF Scholarship program receives a donation from a Boomer Esiason Foundation corporate partner. Students are awarded based on their academic achievements and adherence to daily CF therapy.
Amount: 30 awards; Up to $10,000

Hamilton Scholars Award
The Alexander Hamilton Scholars empowers and provides opportunities to high-achieving and underserved students, allowing them to succeed in college and in their career. Applicants for the Hamilton Award must be a junior in high school, demonstrate financial need and be service-focused. Scholars will attend New York Leader Week in July 2020 and will participate in a rigorous five-year scholar curriculum during their final year in high school and through their college years.

Last year the Tinker Spouses’ Club awarded $7,500 in scholarships to high school seniors dependents of U.S. Military members affiliated with Tinker Air Force Base. Due to the major increase of COVID cases in our state and recommendations from the OSSAA, all basketball games being played at Jones from Nov 30th thru Jan 4th will be played with NO SPECTATORS. Coaches, Managers, Bus Driver(s), Administration will be the only people allowed in the gym. Listed below are the schools visiting Jones during that time frame.
