JHS Students taking Concurrent College Classes at Rose State. Rose State classes will begin on August 18. You need to make sure that you have added and are able to use your Rose State Student email, have logged in and accessed your single sign platform with Rose State. I would also encourage you to go to Rose State and get your student ID made. This will get you numerous discounts at businesses, restaurants, etc in Midwest City. You also need to make sure you get your fees paid before September deadline so you are not charged late fees. Mr. Watkins and Mr. Moses will schedule a meeting with all college students the first couple of days of schools to discuss expectations and help with any issues you might have with your college process.

JHS Students attending EOC for the 2025-2026 school year: EOC classes for full time high school students begin on Monday, August 11. JHS Explore students will not begin until our second day of school on August 15. EOC bus will run beginning on Monday, Aug 11. Document attached has the EOC bus schedule with arrival and departure times at Jones High School if you will be riding EOC bus.

About The Gates Scholarship
The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a highly selective, last-dollar scholarship for outstanding high school seniors from low-income households. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to exceptional student leaders, with the intent of helping them realize their maximum potential.
